Still Haven't Found - U2, The Stairs - INXS, Oceans - Pearl Jam. All of these songs came from albums I bought with minimum wage money from teenage McJobs I once had. Most of my U2 and Pearl Jam music came from a neon light mall store, and I got most of my INXS albums from one of those cassette/CD clubs that delivered music to your mailbox. As a high school freshman in the early 90's, I could see the influence of first wave Gen X pop culture as upperclassmen passed me by in the hallway in Van Halen shirts. Sometime about halfway though high school, the pop culture of second wave Gen X took over as friends in flannel…
